You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided, and it will usually become active within 24 hours. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update. If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Delivery Issues
Order Cancellations
- Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund after canceling the order.
- Within 24-72 hours, you will receive an 80% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund.
- More than 72 hours, you will receive a 60% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund since we may have made your dress.
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refer to the return policy after receiving the dress.
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please reply to the email within 24 hours if you need to change any information.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at service@bolodoo.com. We will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
- If the package is lost or damaged due to our fault, we will refund the full amount, excluding the shipping cost.
- If delivery fails due to an unclear or incorrect address provided by the buyer, missing apartment number, missing contact number, no one signing for receipt, failure to contact the shipping company in time, failure to cooperate with pickup, refusal to provide information, or if the package is returned or destroyed, all losses are borne by the customer and the seller does not provide a refund or resend.
