15 Days Return Guarantee

Any request regarding after-sale problems must be submitted within 15 days of item delivery. Please make sure to contact us in advance before returning any items.

Important Notice

Please contact us and receive return authorization before sending any item back. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted, and a refund may be unavailable.

Standard Size Orders

Standard size dresses may be returned within 15 days after receipt if all return conditions are met. The original shipping fee, expedited fee, and return shipping fee are borne by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or mis-shipped due to our responsibility.

Custom Fit Orders

Custom dresses are made just for you and no one else. Therefore, custom size, custom color, or custom style dresses are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, the dress must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Undamaged
  • Undefective
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • Clean and in original condition
  • Original tags still attached
  • Original packaging included where applicable

Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, stains, perfume, makeup, pet hair, damage, or missing tags.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable:

  • Custom size dresses
  • Custom color dresses
  • Custom style dresses
  • Final sale items
  • Items returned for personal subjective reasons that do not meet return conditions
  • Items received more than 15 days ago
  • Items with obvious signs of wear, washing, alteration, or missing tags

Threads are not considered defective products unless they affect the normal wearing or structure of the dress.

Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item caused by Bolodoo, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will promptly review your request and follow up.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a refund or resend a new item to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please provide photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem, including:

  • Quality issues
  • Damage during shipping
  • Color error
  • Style error
  • Size error
  • Wrong item received
Photo Evidence Required

Please include clear photos of the dress, packaging, tags, and the specific issue. This helps us review and resolve your request faster.

How To Return

Please contact us within 15 days after receiving your order to request a return address. Do not send the package back before your return request is approved.

Request return by email with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable.

Our customer care team reviews your request and confirms whether it is approved.

Receive the return address and return instructions from our team.

Ship the item back and send us the return tracking number.

Returned package is received and inspected by our team.

Refund is released if the returned item meets our return conditions.

Please Note

  • Please supply photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem.
  • All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and with original tags and packaging.
  • Please send us the tracking number of your return package. We are unable to arrange a refund without this information.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fee from their address to Bolodoo when returning the item, unless the item is damaged, defective, or mis-shipped due to our responsibility.

For customer remorse returns, such as “does not fit” or “does not like” due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return cost. Bolodoo will be responsible for the return cost if the item is damaged, defective, or mis-shipped due to our responsibility.

Refund Time

After we receive and inspect your returned dress, we will process the refund if the item meets our return policy.

The refund will cover the item fee only. Original shipping fees, expedited fees, and return shipping fees are not refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by Bolodoo.

Processing Time

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund back to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that our dresses are made to order. We will process the order as soon as payment is received. Once the tailoring process has begun, labor costs and material costs may occur.

  • Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24-72 hours are eligible for an 70% refund of the product price and a 100% refund of the shipping cost, due to fabric allocation and associated material wastage.
  • Cancellations after 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund of the product price and a 100% refund of the shipping cost, as production may have commenced and material wastage may have occurred.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, use our return policy after receiving the dress.

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please reply to the email within 24 hours if you need to change any information.

Exchange Policy

We are sorry that we are unable to offer a direct exchange service for dresses.

If you purchased an item and would like a different size, style, or color, you will need to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

Please note that you need to pay the shipping fee from your address to Bolodoo when returning the item, unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or mis-shipped due to our responsibility.
